The Manrose 4″ fan range is designed for wall, ceiling or window mounting for ideal use in bathrooms, toilets or kitchens, The XF100S model uses humidity control which is adjustable between 40% RH and 95% RH complete with integral adjustable timer (1-20 mins) which also comes equipped with a pullcord override switch. The quiet and efficient 100mm (4″) series has an impressive extract rate of 85m3/hr, 23 litres per second and the units are all manufactured using high ABS thermoplastics for strength and durability, aesthetics and easy cleaning.

Please note that ALL Timer fans require not only a switched live supply to activate the timer, but also a permanent live and neutral supply to keep the fan running once it has been switched “off”

i.e. Three conductors plus earth. Without all of the above, the fan will not function.
